3Age Verification & Eligibility

• Individuals under the age of 18.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

5Withdrawal Policy & Process

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from CKK. Completing the KYC process is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by account level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspicious activity, CKK may hold withdrawals pending investigation — this process may take up to 30 business days.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 20x to 30x. This means that if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must wager BDT 20,000–BDT 30,000 before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered bonus abuse.
• Progressive jackpot games and certain Live Casino games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• CKK reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer — advance notice will be provided.

7Gaming Rules & Fair Play
